Find a Workshop
You can search for programs in two ways.
1. Click on the COUNTY search and either type in your county name or use the scrolling bar to locate it from the list. Then click the yellow SEARCH button. This will bring up ALL available workshops in your county, or
2. Enter your address or zip code and select a radius of up to 20 miles. Then click the yellow SEARCH button. This will bring up all the workshops within that geographic area.

Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP) – Iglesa Episcopal de Todos los Santos in SPANISH
This hands-on engaging and empowering series developed by the University of Illinois at Chicago for individuals with pre-diabetes, diabetes and their loved ones. Content, activities and discussion focus on topics relating to nutrition, physical activity, risk factors, and prevention of complications, and are presented in an interactive, and fun way to help empower individuals to optimally manage their condition.
This series meets once a week for six weeks at Iglesia Episcopal de Todos los Santos in Oxnard. There is no course fee. Registration is required. Please see contact information below.
